Background Dr. Saunders focuses on patent prosecution in a variety of fields, including protein chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical processing, microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, Traditional Chinese medicine and medical devices. She also handles trademark registrations and prosecutions, and design patents. Dr. Saunders has conducted research in the fields of pharmacology, neuroscience, electrophysiology, developmental biology and molecular genetics. She previously worked for and has published a first-author article with the Nobel Laureate Marshall Nirenberg at the National Institutes of Health.
Dr. Saunders previously worked as an intellectual property associate with
Morris, Manning and Martin and a U.S. patent attorney with prestigious
firms in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she worked as a summer clerk at Dorsey
& Whitney, LLP and Kagan & Binder, PLLC in Minnesota, and as a graduate
fellow at the National Academies of Science, Washington, D.C. She also
worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. In
addition to English, Dr. Saunders is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and
Taiwanese.

Oscar Chow is a technical advisor and familiar with chemical art. Mr. Chow is a chemical engineer with a long working experience in the energy area and related fields. His engineering expertise includes fossil fuel handling, combustion, heat transfer, ash deposition and emissions for boiler applications. Mr. Chow is also knowledgeable with renewable energy sources, hydrogen technologies and fuel cell for power and transportation applications. Mr. Chow has served in a panel that evaluates college research programs for Department of Energy (DoE), and has also served as the Section Chair for the International Conference on Coal Utilization and Fuel Systems. He has published numerous technical papers for the Engineering Foundation Conferences, ASME Joint Power Generation Conferences (JPGC) and National Hydrogen Association Annual Conferences. Mr. Chow obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, and Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
